Built with the only cost effective patented Quick Change design in the world, the batteries in this unit can be easily switched in less than a minute, without tools, training or downtime.
This GPU model – rated at 2800 peak starting amps – can be used on the ramp to conduct engine starting and will provide 28.5V of continuous, clean, no duty cycle power up to 105 Amps DC when plugged into 220V AC wall power. The power supply voltage output is set to 28.5 Volts to simulate the same voltage as when an aircraft is running under power.
With its high battery capacity (56Ah) and its integrated 50-Amp power supply, this full 24V mobile START PAC® is ideal for starting multiple aircraft and powering up the cockpit for training, maintenance or software downloads.
Able to perform multiple turbine or piston engine starts, this START PAC® unit will allow your turbine engines to experience faster and cooler engine starts than with most ship’s aircraft batteries.
