The L-29 LOAD BANK is designed to provide a temporary load for field servicing and testing 28.5 volt ground power units. It is air cooled and completely self contained. The load can be manually set at 300, 600, and 900 AMPS at 28 volts. In automatic mode the load can be selected at 1500 AMPS or 2000 AMPS that decreases to 0 AMPS in 35 seconds to simulate an engine start.
