Forklift battery and charger fleet management

There is a huge capital investment required for your material handling equipment, batteries and chargers. The recurring expense of managing those assets, including the cost of employing maintenance personnel can be very expensive. MCP can help to reduce those costs by providing on-site labor to service, maintain and repair your batteries and chargers, help with fleet planning, deliver safety inspections and provide battery change-out services if needed.

Allow us to use our decades of experience to provide expertly trained technicians, removing that cost from your payroll, and ensuring that your equipment is properly maintained.

Operational Savings

MCP will employ the labor force as well as incur any related costs such as: training, management, benefits, etc. You will have a budget friendly monthly recurring fee for service rendered.

Capital planning

You will be provided continuous reporting that describes the current state of your battery and charger fleet with projected end-of-life dates so that you develop a plan for capital spending.

Scheduled maintenance

Scheduled maintenance will be provided, which includes periodic watering of the batteries, equalization periods, cleanings, visual inspections and repairs.

Safety checks
